Tess Gerrand is a National Business Executive with the Leadership Graduate Program at Coca-Cola Amatil, managing a portfolio with the biggest grocery retailer in Australia. She is an Australian Rower who competed for Australia in the Women’s Eight in the London 2012 Olympics. Tess also participated in the 2013 World Championships and numerous World Cup regattas as part of the women’s eight and pair crews. Prior to competing for Australia, She competed as a student athlete at Yale University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Economics. During her time at Yale, Tess won three NCAA National Championships in the Varsity Eight and was and awarded All-American honours all four years. She also became the World Indoor Rowing Champion during this time, winning the title in both 2008 (Open) and 2010 (Collegiate).
