Tess Gerrand is a National Business Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil, where she has outpaced market sales growth in Australia’s biggest grocery retailer. Starting at CCA in the Leadership Graduate Program, she has worked in diverse roles including strategy, commercial, procurement, transformation and sales which enables her to deliver insights-driven strategic plans and collaborative account management in National Sales roles.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Economics from Yale University and is currently completing an Executive MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
As an athlete, Tess was an Australian Rower who competed for Australia in the Women’s Eight in the London 2012 Olympics. Tess also participated in the 2013 World Championships and numerous World Cup regattas as part of the women’s eight and pair crews.
During her time at Yale, Tess won three NCAA National Championships in the Varsity Eight and was an awarded All-American honors all four years. She also became the World Indoor Rowing Champion during this time, winning the title in both 2008 (Open) and 2010 (Collegiate).
