Former U.S. Secretary of State to Be Honored in Houston by Premier Women’s Leadership Organization
WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–This fall, the International Women’s Forum & Leadership Foundation (IWF/LF) will induct the Honorable Hillary Clinton into the IWF/LF International Hall of Fame during its annual World Leadership Conference.
Each year, IWF/LF honors women who have set groundbreaking precedents through their work and example. As an attorney and advocate, former First Lady, U.S. Senator, Secretary of State, and as the first woman to win a major party nomination for President of the United States, Secretary Clinton is a constant catalyst for change. She is a member of IWF Arkansas.
“Secretary Clinton has repeatedly redefined views on what women can achieve. Over the arc of her distinguished career, she has used her voice and influence to advance the status of women and girls everywhere,” said IWF President Teresa Weintraub.

Clinton’s induction into the International Hall of Fame will conclude IWF’s annual World Leadership Conference— Global Citizens: Interconnected, Inquisitive, Engaged—in Houston from October 25-27. The annual IWF World Leadership Conference is a unique assembling of global thought leaders and influencers brought together to share knowledge and discuss the most pressing issues while also mentoring the next generation of women leaders.
