Lourdes Berho of IWF Mexico was named CEO of the Mexico Tourism Board this week. She is the founder of the luxury travel marketing business. Alchemia: In the Business of Transformation®. She was previosuly the CEO of Condé Nast for Mexico and Latin America from 2004 to 2008, and then served as vice president of commercialization for Grupo Banamex – Citi. Her specialities with Alchemia are tourism, innovation and sustainability.
She will assume the role of CEO for the Mexico Tourism Board on July 1st. Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto approved her as the choice for CEO this month in Mexico City. She brings 25 years of experience in management, marketing, luxury travel, publishing and sustainable tourism to the role.
