Jacki Zehner is the Chief Engagement Officer of Women Moving Millions, a philanthropy initiative committed to the advancement of women and girls throughout the world which secures gifts of more than $1 million or more through dynamic fundraising initiatives, was featured in an exclusive video interview in the Chronicle of Philanthropy released last Friday.
Zehner is a philanthropic visionary committed to the social and economic empowerment of women. To date, over 250 donors have pledged over $500 million to organizations and initiatives that support women and girls. She holds dual membership in IWF Utah and the New York Women’s Forum.
Speaking on the state of women’s philanthropic leadership today, Zehner said, “I think it’s such an exciting time. There’s the personal story that I might have of having had a career on Wall Street for a long time, 14 years, and being fortunate, blessed to reach the upper echelons of having a career as a leader in the financial-services sector at Goldman Sachs, and then deciding to leave that career and really think about how I use my time, treasure, and talent to engage in a different way, to make the world a better place. And my personal history is really engaging around women and women’s leadership, empowerment, and inclusion.”
