Dawn Angrisani is the Director of Human Resources for BAE Systems Combat Mission Systems (CMS) Business. She is responsible for overseeing adherence to policies and administration of human resources activities across the CMS platform. She assumed this role in 2022.
Prior to her current role, Dawn served as Human Resources Director for BAE Systems Ship Repair business. Before joining BAE Systems in 2013, Dawn served in Human Resources roles with Lockheed Martin, Cox Communications, and Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Dawn earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She holds a certification as a professional in human resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is also certified through the Society of Human Resources Management.
