Trillium Health Partners
Dr. Laura Desveaux is the Scientific Director of the Institute for Better Health at Trillium Health Partners and the Lead for the Learning Health System Portfolio. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Women Who Lead, an organization dedicated to supporting the career advancement and leadership development of women in the health sector. Her career focuses on closing the gap between current performance and what science and experience tells us is possible. She realizes this passion through her noted roles and as a speaker and career coach, where she helps executives and high-potential leaders identify and unlock potential in themselves and others.
Dr. Desveaux’s work in leadership and behavioral science tackles healthcare’s most persistent problems by examining the mindsets, beliefs, and behaviors that drive better outcomes and stronger team performance and identifying how context influences success (and failure). This approach provides insights into how to effect change at both individual and system levels. She is also the founding partner of E2I Consulting, where she collaborates with health and social care organizations to bridge the evidence to practice gap by helping them apply the principles of implementation science and behavior change to their work.
