Leadership Foundation

On January 1, 2021, the International Women’s Forum (IWF) officially merged with its long-time supporting organization, the Leadership Foundation, which accelerates the careers of the next generation of women in leadership.

The Leadership Foundation was established in 1990 and offers mentoring, networking, and world-class leadership development training. The Foundation achieved its objective to increase the number of women in the C-Suite and positions of influence globally through its flagship initiative, the Fellows Program.

To date, the Fellows program has elevated more than 550 international Fellows – society’s rising stars – to accelerate the potential of the next generation, and to lead the world tomorrow. This work will continue as a core pillar of IWF’s programming.
