Forums
IWF is a network of the most accomplished women in the world, connecting women leaders across every professional sector. More than 8,000 preeminent women in 33 countries are represented by 76 local Forums.

Mentors
Mentors are a critical part of the Leadership Fellows Program’s success. Outstanding IWF members are matched with high-potential next generation leaders, devoting their time and wise counsel one-on-one throughout the year. Mentors’ personal insights about operating at the highest leadership levels provide Leadership Fellows with thoughtful, actionable guidance and models for success as they move up the career ladder and expand their impact in their communities and organizations.
