The following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between you and The International Women’s Forum (“IWF”) in relation to www.iwforum.org (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions set out in the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy located at https://iwforum.org. If these Terms of Use are not acceptable to you, please do not use the Site.
We may update the Terms of Use from time to time and you are responsible for reviewing the most current version. The date of the last update to the Terms of Use is stated at the end of the Terms of Use. By continuing to use the Site, you accept any updates to the Terms of Use.

Subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms of Use, IWF permits our members to reproduce and circulate certain material generated by IWF (“IWF Material”) from the Site. Use of IWF Material for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
IWF’s reproduction and distribution policy only applies to IWF Material and does not apply to, or give Site users any license or permission to reproduce or distribute materials on the Site written by third parties. If you wish to reproduce or distribute materials posted on the Site written by third parties, please contact those authors directly.
Other than as specifically set out in these Terms of Use, you may not use, distribute, modify, transmit, revise, reverse engineer, republish, post or create derivative works (where applicable) of the trade-marks, trade names, logos, information, software or other material, including IWF Material, or content in these Terms of Use, referred to (collectively, as the “content”) of the Site without IWF’s prior written permission. You acknowledge and agree that the Site and their content are the property of IWF, its affiliates or their respective service providers, suppliers or licensors and you will not acquire any rights or licenses in any trade-marks, patents, copyright or other intellectual property on the Site or in its content.
Your Authority to Use the Site:
By using the Site, you are representing to us that you have the power and authority to accept these Terms of Use and to enter into this agreement with us, that you are capable of assuming, and do assume, any risks related to the use of the Site and its content, and that you understand and accept the terms, conditions and risks relating to its use.
