Leadership Fellows Program

Each year, IWF takes direct action to achieve its mission of advancing women’s leadership and championing equality worldwide through its Leadership Fellows Program. This intensive professional development experience prepares women to realize their full potential, strengthening their organizations, society, and the world.

Worldwide research consistently confirms three key barriers that restrict the potential of women leaders:

  • limited access to professional networks,
  • lack of mentors, and
  • inadequate leadership training.

The IWF Leadership Fellows Program directly tackles these barriers, accelerating the path to the C-suite and top levels of all sectors where women remain underrepresented. Featuring pedagogical collaboration with Harvard Business School and INSEAD, the program offers up to 45 high-achieving women leaders customized leadership training, mentoring by IWF’s invitation-only network of the most accomplished women in the world, networking with program peers and IWF members, and the opportunity to bring back what they learn to their organizations and communities.

While designed for women leaders (and likely most beneficial to those who identify as such), the program is open to all who otherwise fulfill the selection criteria listed in the brochure accessible through the link below.

The Application Period for the 2024-2025 Leadership Fellows Program will be open on January 1, 2024.
